It's safe to say that at some point, we all experience stress in our lives. Life can sometimes be a roller coaster. One minute things are phenomenal and you're coasting through life. The next minute, you're forced to deal with stressful situations and make challenging decisions.
I Choose Calm was created to help those feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and anxious. Often, when we feel this way, it is hard for us to process our next steps or even how to move into a space where we can navigate in a way that helps us handle stress easily. I Choose Calm is designed to help provide you with resources and tools to replace your stress with ease.
My Story
I know what it feels like to experience an extreme amount of stress. During one of the most stressful periods in my life, even small, daily tasks seemed overwhelming. I was overcome with exhaustion, anxiety, and fatigue. It had become so bad that it started affecting my health. At that point, I knew that things needed to change. I knew I needed to figure out a way to have more control over stress, instead of it controlling me. This is what led me on my journey of mindfulness. I began implementing a series of intentional steps that let my mind and body remain calm while tackling stress. It was at that point that things began to change for me. My health started to be restored, I began to have clarity, my emotions were not running wild, and my heart felt peaceful.

Stress can impact our physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. Because of this, I developed this program to help you get through life's stressors with the support you need. No one should have to feel alone when faced with life's challenges. It's my goal to provide you with the resources needed to welcome more calmness into your life during stressful periods.
